Creative Specialist

The Creative Services/Graphics Specialist is a key member of the core TopRight team reporting to the Creative Manager.  The person in this role manages and coordinates the creative, design and graphics production activities and capabilities of TopRight, primarily focused on TopRight business development, marketing activities and client service. This role is primarily focused in the Atlanta market, but also include support for any TopRight marketing or client service requirement in other markets as needed. This role will also help build out and coordinate TopRight’s overall creative capabilities in-house and through partners.

Analyst

As an Analyst will have the opportunity to help organizations solve some of their most difficult problems. Throughout your tenure you will gain broad exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which could include, but are not limited to: retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, financial services and non-profits on issues such as brand positioning, marketing strategy, growth strategy, lead generation, go-to-market execution, and marketing transformation (i.e. organization, technology, and marketing processes).

Analysts at TopRight are full members of the client engagement team. As an Analyst, you will work closely with your TopRight colleagues and with the client team on the client side and you will “own” your piece of the project. Some examples of the specific work an Analyst might do include: interviewing clients, conducting market research, developing marketing and media plans, providing art direction to design team, copyrighting and editing, including contributions to blog and social media posts relative to the client engagement and identified requirements, building marketing budgets, measuring and reviewing analytics to best optimize campaigns against client needs and metrics, making client presentations, leading client teams and working with TopRight subject matter experts to develop perspectives and insights for the client.

Typically, TopRight engagements last between 12 to 24 weeks. As an Analyst, you will most likely be assigned to one or two engagements at a time, but may work on more depending on the needs. You’ll also play a role in developing proposals for prospective client projects.

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

Ideal candidates for the Marketing Analyst position:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Have 4-6 years of experience preferably in a marketing functional role, agency or consulting services
  • Have a strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth
  • Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for sales and marketing
  • Have a strong record of leadership at work and with community activities

Associate

As a TopRight Associate, you will have the opportunity to help our clients solve some of their most daunting marketing challenges.  Throughout your TopRight career you will gain broad exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which could include, but are not limited to retail, consumer products, life sciences, financial services, and hospitality on issues such as marketing strategy, growth generation, sales effectiveness, organizational design, marketing operations and return on marketing investment.

Associates at TopRight take an active role in all aspects of an engagement including leading some of the critical work streams under the direction of a TopRight Principal or Partner.  There will be no shortage of opportunities for Associates to excel as they will be asked to get involved with a variety of work activities such as:  conducting brainstorming sessions, forming strategic hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews, performing rigorous analysis, designing and conducting market research, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, developing and delivering presentations, facilitating multi-functional teams and serving as a positive change agent.  As they refine and evolve their skills and confidence, they will be asked to take on more complex challenges under the expert guidance of their TopRight colleagues.

Typically, our engagements usually last between 6 to 12 weeks. As an Associate, you will most likely be assigned to one engagement at a time, but may work on more depending on the needs and requirements of our clients.

Senior Associate

As a TopRight Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead TopRight engagement teams as we seek to help our clients achieve a competitive advantage within their chosen market. Throughout your TopRight career you will leverage and deepen your exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which include, but are not limited to retail, consumer products, life sciences, financial services, and hospitality on issues such as marketing strategy, growth generation, sales effectiveness, organizational design, marketing operations and return on marketing investment.

Senior Associates at TopRight take a leadership role in all aspects of an engagement including program management, personnel management, performance management, issue resolution and risk mitigation.  The full breadth of our Senior Associate’s skills are utilized as they seek to successfully execute the following work activities:  finding creative solutions to complex business problems, identifying and resolving issues, marketing and selling TopRight service offerings, developing new TopRight intellectual property, developing detailed project plans, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, developing and delivering presentations, and serving as a catalyst for change.  In addition, you will be expected to play an instrumental role in mentoring and coaching the more junior members of the TopRight consulting team.

Typically, our engagements usually last between 6 to 12 weeks. As a Senior Associate, you will most likely be assigned to one engagement at a time although it is expected that you could comfortably manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

Principal

Principals at TopRight take a leadership role in both practice management as well as client management.  They are asked to draw upon their experiences to manage a portion of TopRight’s business as well as generate demand for TopRight’s services.  As a Principal at TopRight you will be a key leader of the company and will consistently be challenged to successfully execute the following work activities:  managing a practice area, marketing and selling TopRight service offerings, developing new TopRight intellectual property, solving complex business problems, developing detailed practice plans, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, developing and delivering presentations, representing TopRight within the Atlanta community and serving as a catalyst for change.  In addition, you will be expected to play an instrumental role in mentoring and coaching the more junior members of the TopRight consulting team.

Typically, our engagements last between 12 to 52 weeks. As a Principal, you will most likely be responsible for multiple engagements at a time.
