He invents and embraces new forms of digital customer engagement. Jeff has a professional background in B2B marketing, sales, and product leadership. He worked as an analyst and advisor at Forrester, helping senior marketing leaders develop growth strategies, drive customer engagement, and understand emerging technologies.
Jeff defined and launched enterprise SaaS and on-premise applications aimed at improving recruiting, sales, marketing, finance, and service effectiveness.
