His passion for lifestyle products / service and delivering exceptional customer experience got him a unique opportunity to spearhead and grow Weber brand and barbecue culture in the competitive and complex Indian market. Siva also successfully developed customer-centric business model and provided end-to-end apparel sourcing solutions (from design to delivery) in unique and premium quality Golf, Tennis, Sports licensed and Corporate apparel. Represented several US, Canada and Scotland brands such as Bobby Jones, Diadora, Cutter & Buck, Storm Tech, Antigua, Tail, Eagle Dry Goods, Glenmuir and many private label brands. Developed a robust sourcing network in India, China, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Jordan. Siva has an in-depth understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem and he is a strong advocate of leveraging data and consumer insights to define the strategy while maintaining focus on customer lifetime value, customer engagement value, customer satisfaction, ROI, quality delivery and cost management.
